Free delivery is available on orders over £99 for retail consumers.
Orders under £99 will be subject to a £19.95 delivery charge.
If delivery of your order is required sooner, we also have an option for express delivery.
We may be able to outsource haulage at an additional cost if your order is over £2,500 but outside of our delivery area.
After Your Order
After you have placed an order on our website you will receive order confirmation via email, please check your spam folder.
Please check your order confirmation as once the order has been processed this can not be changed.
After placing your order, a member of our team will schedule your delivery and you will notified by email of your expected delivery date.
Our teams try our best to accommodate requested delivery dates, however this is not always possible. Our logistics team work very hard to enable us to continue to offer delivery to the locations we do.
Providing items you have ordered do not have a bespoke element, orders are normally delivered within 15 working days.
Where Will My Order be Delivered
Due to the nature of our business, our delivery times are constantly evolving. Please use the calculator below to calculate delivery times.
Your order will only be delivered to a registered address in East of England.
We will not deliver to docks, car parks, allotments or any other non-registered postal address.
Deliveries are strictly kerbside/ driveway only, please do not ask our delivery drivers to place your items further than that, as refusal often offends. In reality - we will typically try to deliver to your front garden or driveway – We will leave the product in a safe location adjacent to the main roadway, but off of any public highways.
Our products cannot be taken around the back of the property by our drivers, we typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive.
Our Health and Safety Policy and insurance liabilities prevent us from entering your property for access
Should you live in a flat, or a terraced house for example, we will still only be able to deliver to that point of the property adjacent to the roadway.
